Support, ownership & safeguards

Priority support

Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 UTC, excluding published closure dates. Initial reply target: by the end of the next business day (not guaranteed resolution). Email and WhatsApp.

Licensed version & renewals

The approved commercial model preserves purchased-version use when optional updates/support expire. Licensing implementation and safe trading protections require certification.

Hardware & offline access

One active installation per license. Verified transfers and up to 24 hours of secure, previously authorized offline grace are approved design requirements, not yet certified as enabled.
