Privacy Notice
What happens when you contact us
Updated 13 October 2026 · Privacy and legal review remain required
What this site collects
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional international phone number, enquiry topic and message. It records whether you agreed to the required privacy notice and optional marketing consent. UTM campaign parameters are recorded only with the optional marketing consent. A hashed IP-based rate-limit record may be retained for abuse prevention.
How enquiries are handled
Contact form submissions are written to private files outside the public website directory on your hosting account. An email notification to contact@spideraibot.com is attempted when the hosting mail service is configured. The form can offer you a prefilled WhatsApp link, but no WhatsApp message is sent until you choose to send it.
Security and retention
Contact enquiry records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days under the approved retention policy, subject to legitimate legal preservation requirements. Private file permissions and a separate hosting cron cleanup are used for retention enforcement; the hosting owner must keep that scheduled job operational and review its logs. Do not submit exchange API keys, passwords or recovery codes.
Sharing and third parties
No third-party analytics scripts are installed. Selecting a YouTube or WhatsApp link opens a third-party provider governed by its own policy. Optional social links are added only when real profiles are supplied.
Requests and contact
Request a copy, correction or deletion of a stored enquiry by contacting support@spideraibot.com. The site owner must confirm the legal operator identity, governing privacy law and final data-retention policy before launch.
