Terms of Use
Website terms and a summary of owner-approved software licensing policies.
Commercial policy summary updated 13 October 2026 · Contract and legal review still required before purchase
Purpose of this website
Spider Trading Bot Workstation is self-hosted trading software. This marketing site explains product capabilities and collects enquiries. ZagaTech is not acting through this website as an exchange, broker, custodian or personal investment adviser. No checkout or automatic license delivery is operated here.
Product and intellectual property
The approved pricing and licensing summary describes the $799 Individual Workstation and $6,000 White-Label package. The final signed or electronically accepted software agreement governs the rights actually granted. ZagaTech retains underlying intellectual property in Spider, subject to applicable law and any separately executed agreement. Source code and license signing authority are excluded from standard Individual and White-Label licensing.
Individual license
The proposed contract grants one authorized active installation with verified hardware transfers, continued use of a purchased eligible software version, 12 months of updates and priority support and optional non-automatic renewal for $199 per 12 months. Transfer, purchased-version use and offline-license safeguards remain subject to technical validation before activation can be represented as ready.
White-Label and end-customer rights
The approved commercial scope includes branding and direct sale to 20 distinct end customers, one active installation each. Resellers set their own retail prices but cannot appoint sub-resellers, recycle customer identities to create additional allocations or generate unapproved licenses. Separate expansion packs may be purchased. Resellers provide first-line support; ZagaTech provides agreed reseller-level technical escalation. A separate Master White-Label Agreement and reseller-branded customer software license with mandatory underlying ownership, security, installation and trading-risk protections require legal review.
Acceptance, renewals and technical safeguards
Explicit end-user acceptance of the applicable software agreement, with agreement-version and acceptance-time evidence, is an approved activation requirement pending implementation verification. Material changes to terms require an appropriate acceptance process without automatically removing already purchased contractual usage rights. Optional support/update expiry must not by itself terminate a valid purchased-version right.
Verified hardware transfers and up to 24 hours of secure, server-authorized offline grace for previously valid installations are requirements under review, not certified live features. Explicit invalidity, revocation or tampering must block unauthorized use where known, while emergency trading safeguards and reconciliation remain available. An offline installation may not immediately learn about new revocations.
Trading risk and accuracy
Automated cryptocurrency trading can cause substantial losses. There are no guaranteed profits, returns, strategy performance, uninterrupted exchange connections or assured trading outcomes. Availability and capabilities vary with exchange permissions, market conditions and software configuration. Review the risk disclosure.
Refunds and statutory rights
See the 14-day conditional refund request policy summary. Nothing on this website removes rights that applicable law requires.
Legal and technical verification
These published summaries reflect owner-approved commercial intentions, not a completed legal instrument or certification of every feature. The final contracting entity, jurisdiction, customer agreement, payment terms and technical delivery must be confirmed before accepting an order. Contact contact@spideraibot.com for written terms.
